Co-Founder & Managing PartnerVlora Rexhepi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Global Key Partners, leading the firm's relationships, partnerships, and mandates across Switzerland, Europe, and Southeast Asia. She holds an MBA from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience across the luxury, hospitality, education, and private members' club sectors. Having led international teams and projects across the DACH region and Hong Kong, she has developed extensive relationships with family offices, private investors, entrepreneurs, luxury brands, hospitality groups, and international business communities. As a shareholder in a high-end hospitality venue in Lucerne, Vlora combines strategic business development expertise with a deep understanding of relationship-driven industries, forming the foundation of GKP's approach to connecting people, capital, and opportunities.

Dennis Tong
Co-Founder & Managing PartnerDennis Tong leads GKP's network and mandates across Switzerland, the United States, and Southeast Asia, with responsibility for the firm's finance, compliance, and operational activities. He holds an MBA from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and brings more than a decade of leadership experience in operations, international project management, and cross-border business. Having led teams and projects across Switzerland, Hong Kong, and New York, he has developed extensive experience working with international clients, high-value transactions, regulatory frameworks, and complex operational environments. His network spans investors, family offices, entrepreneurs, luxury corporates, and private sector decision-makers across multiple markets. Combining operational discipline with international connectivity, Dennis plays a key role in identifying opportunities and building long-term relationships across GKP's global network.
